So im reassembling my 2.5 N/a and whilst putting the thermostat back together i found that the thermostat itself has room to move within its housing and this isnt something i noticed when i took it apart, that was 3 years ago mind.

Secondly whilst putting the injectors back in they dont seem to be able to fit correctly, something seems to be stopping the injectors from going all the way in on all 4 injectors? also does the 2.5 NA have the same injectors as the 2.5TD?

thanks,

Dave.

Make sure both old washers are off the injector and there aren’t any old washers in the head. Not sure what you mean about the thermostat but unless it’s been sat in the sun I’d of thought it’d be closed/sealed

Have you got the correct thermostat?
Drawing does not show any extra rubber seals.
