Never had a problem with them including last week. They do say that JLR parts are hard to get due to Covid

Ordered a bunch of bits on Sunday, arrived yesterday.....breather hoses, vanos manifold gaskets, PCV valve, Oil Seprator, drive belts x2, crankcase seal etc.....was pleased...never had an issue with them previously...returns are a tad lacklustre...but still!

Sounds like a How To in the offing.

Never had a problem with them there not on phone at moment because of lockdown but all my parts normally arrive within a week

I am straight up with people and really quite forgiving but don't bull**** me and don't f*ck me about. After that I write you off; I won't be burnt twice.
I do like a man who bears a grudge.:D If more people had that attitude then they would take notice. Good man I've the same attitude, you don't get a second chance to make a first impression :D

I tried to order £80 worth of stuff online last night with them. Tried to checkout as a guest cos I couldn't remember my password but it wouldn't let me saying I already was registered when I entered my email so went back to log in as an existing customer but clicked on ' forgotten password' and received notification that a password reset has been sent to my email.
No reset received by 11pm so tried again and still no joy so I gave up and got the stuff off eBay instead.
Cost me about £4 more but had a notification from the seller that it's all been posted this morning.
Paddocks have a very strange set up in operation at the moment so I couldn't use them.
Still no password reset received from island 24hrs later.

I can appreciate the current problems but after more than a month a quick e mail may be appropriate, they had enough staff to cash the card payment.
I had a similar issue a while back, waited a few weeks nothing, so when I emailed they said the part wasn't available so asked to cancel they processed it same day. But after a month of waiting for a refund I emailed again and they processed that the same day too. It seems they sometimes need a gentle prod.

Interesting comparison
On sunday afternoon I decided to order new disks and pads for my freelander, ordered from LR Direct, and they arrived at lunchtime today (Tuesday)
Ordered some dinitrol from e bay at the same time and it was on the same van as the disks, going to ring island tomorrow and ask what's happening, they have had long enough.

Paddocks spares always been very fast with me. Tracking good too. I’ve failed my mot, ordered the parts, they arrived in time to fit for the retest later that week. Back box was dented somesuch but they were cheap and quick so I didn’t mind
Was before all this lockdown though
