But both windows slide... So that would only secure the one window

Well I've ordered some silver headlights


And as I've heard nothing back from autosparks I've just put an order in for colour coded braided cables and I'll make my own wiring loom

Yep... you need 2. Trouble is1 is outside. Don’t put a nail o to lift it out.
I’m still trying to find what them catches also fit on.
Have you tried ringing rimmer brothers (Birmingham) they specialise in all makes of British cars.
Looked on the S1 they have Perspex re fitted with later square £10 catches

New headlights arrived today

Indicators, side lights and tail lights all work. Alternator charges the battery anorl. Off to halfords tomorrow for some more crimp connectors then I can start on the clutch and brakes
Hoping for it's first voyage on tarmac on over 20 years next week

Bled the brakes and clutch today and it's payed me back by popping a core plug

She's moved today under her own steam for the first time possibly this century

I'm used to 2020 Toyota Aygo brakes though

I've got to have a look at the brakes cos they are cack. I've remembered all the reasons I hate drum brakes though
