Looking to move the above vehicle on. I've owned it for around 7/8 years and loved every minute. I now have very little time and many projects so think it's time for somebody else to enjoy this. It has a rustic patina but exactly what I like - not to everyone's taste. It had LPG fitted once upon a time (before me) but most parts removed.

Good bits:
  • GALVANISED CHASSIS!
  • Very solid bulkhead - no rot in those nasty places
  • 2 1/4 petrol with reconditioned cylinder head - runs perfectly.
  • New clutch
  • Stainless exhaust
  • Nice dry axles - rear diff. was reconditioned
  • County model
  • Raptor dash
  • Starts, runs and drives perfectly
  • Bodywork nice and straight*
  • Safari roof
  • No overdrive fitted BUT I do have one available for sale if the buyer wishes at additional cost. It has had one fitted in the past but I never got round to putting this one on.
  • New Girling brake master cylinder and new servo
  • Probably lots of other stuff
Not so good stuff:
  • Footwells will need replacing - if I was keeping this would definitely be my next job. They've had years of patching. They're no worse than they have ever been and always sailed through MOT.
  • Door frames are rotten. Door outers are also not desirable but sort of match the patina. Have clearly been replaced at some point. Window seals not great. Doors generally need attention but are usable.
  • Battery is a bit knackered - to be honest, it's too small, just one I had available but is fine if you keep it charged.
  • Some usual oil dribbles underneath.
  • *body panels are straight and solid but as you will see from the picture, the paintwork is tired. I like it this way but I appreciate not all do.
I think that's it... no MOT at the moment - insurance ran out and don't want to reinsure for MOT. The only thing I think it might need is a set of number plates. Everything else is fine. You're welcome to come and see it (social distancing required). It's on a private sight so a drive is also available. Located in Chelmsford. Judging by other prices, I think this is worth £4500 but, I am open to offers.

I think this will work for photos: https://photos.app.goo.gl/5J3meF3po2TW3sGfA

I can probably do a video if anyone wants...
