Help - my landy starts an runs okay but after about 5 minutes i get air bubbles in the fuel line and it breaks down. I recently replaced the fuel pump and that's when the problems started. Have tried PTFE tape on union but no difference and have tried sleeving section of nylon pipe from chassis member mount to pump an again no luck. Please help i am desperate!

You most likely have a leak between the tank and pump. Because it's under negative pressure as the pump 'sucks' fuel leakage is minimal but air can be pulled in.

Inspect from pickup pipe all along fuel line or replace

How much fuel is in the tank? It is not unknown for the fuel pick up pipe in the tank to corrode and draw air in when the fuel level drops below the hole.

Did you get to the bottom of this?

So new fuel pump arrived today and when i came to fit if i noticed the cast flange clashed with a bolt head so wasn't seating properly! Had to file it down to make it fit which makes me think the other one wasnt fitted properly either. I also found 3 gaskets when i took it off that someone else had fitted. Could explain the low flow rate but not sure about the bubbles. Battery flat now so can't check it . Was a britpart pump and now i have two!

Yes it does. Have started and run it 4 times now and seems to be okay. Fingers crossed this has sorted the issue. Will keep you posted. Thanks everyone for your help and advice
