Hi guys
Due to mine having higher gearing and the speedo being well out shows 40 mph when i'me doing 70 mph on my phone I've decided to go digital / led for add gauges Inc speedo but leave the old gauges in and working, I also want to add extra gauges as well with a boost gauge ( fitted ) but needs moving ( 200tdi ) fitted, volt meter, EGT gauge and speedo gauge and want to see your home made / bought gauge pods and panels for inspiration please :D

My whole dash is home made - it was missing so it was quicker to make one. I have fuel, volts, speedo, oil, temp as 2" guages, speedo and rather a lot more switches:
interior and rear lights, reversing, wash/wipe, intermittent wipe, rear fog, front fog, rear stobe, haz, fan override, tank changeover (swaps senders too) , transfer pump (from left to right tank) engine flame heater (its a Perkins) A panel of controls for the Webasto, a clock (really handy). As its an S2a the speedo is in the centre (ish) but I put the oil and water right in my line of sight. Volts and fuel are further away. Audio is up in the roof along with rally intercom and dual headsets so we can hold a converstaion on long trips.
We now also have USB power outets (really handy), main fuses, a 12v socket, holder for torches, pens and 2 cup holders and Army surplus cases adapted to be door pockets. The whole point is that as a camper we fill up with so much stuff that the only way is to make a space for everything and see its stays there!

I have a standard series 2/3 speedo with a series 1 speedo as a rev counter with modern internals.

neither actually work

Went in my custom dash. You may realise I rarely buy ready to bolt on custom parts as I’m quite strange o_O

Extra Switches, clock and fuel gauge above windscreen with central radio console, map light over passenger two digital volt meters, an coolant temp and a ammeter. Bit hard to see on this pic.
