I have a 1978 SWB series 3 which I am needing multiple parts for the braking system. One part which I cannot find is the T- piece that sits on the chassis at the front offside where the wiring loom comes out of the chassis. This t-piece has an inlet coming from the reservoir, then three outlets, two for the front wheels and one that feeds the back wheels. I have been told that part number 565719 from Craddock is the alternative, but it looks nothing like the one I have and I can only see two outlets and one inlet.

Anyone able to help?

Agreed, cut the pipes off and if you have to cut the nut off that's holding it as its bolted to a braket. Heat it all up with a blowlanp then undo the unions. Its look perfectly usable. Its brass so it will not be corroded.

Cheers, problem is I tried to fit a new nut which would g so I tried tapping it, and well, I think my ham fistedness has probably now wrecked the internal threads!

Make absolutely sure you kow what threads you have and make sure the unions match. The metric and imperial are close but are not interchangable.
