If you can get something on the stub to turn ot then leave it soaking in a bucket of ATF overnight, heat it till it glows and try unscrewing.

I'm leaning towards Henry's ****it-bucket and getting one off Stu though.

The guarantee on the box?
Pfft :D:D:D

£3.49 they can keep it and **** off, worth that just for the craic and lesson learned.
They will only replace more than likely and I have no use for more of them
You could tap effing put of the caliper carrier after heat and plenty of oil, the shocking could loosen the pin enough to get it out. Failing that, drill and drift it man:cool:

If you have an option of replacing the carrier I would take it. You could pile heat on it (torch or induction coil), but you've still got virtually no purchase on the guide pin - it won't just fall out. For the ez out - you could try freezing it, and then hitting it with something hard (air chisel) - to try and shatter it. Now that the carrier is off maybe some friendly person with a welder though

excuse me while I have a strange interlude...

Cup washers were very hard to get on when I changed rears
They are, I've seen off roaders that remove them from the axle and fit the washer supplied with the aftermarket shocks.
My terra firmas came with four washers per shock end. I only used two per shock and kept the axle cups in place. The rear shocks are a real pain to nip up.
