P38A BFG's A/T KO2 any good?

The Ko2 are great tyres, last a long time, quiet on the road, have a good rating on wet surface’s, and have the mountain snowflake symbol on the sidewall indicating excellent performance on snow.
There a much improved version of the original bfg all terrain.

Thanks for the feedback!
Hoping to pick them up tomorrow.

I've got them on my Disco 2... 265/75R16's. Love 'em!
If I had to get another pair I'd get the smaller height 265/70's instead.

Looking to buy a set of BF Goodrich A/T KO2 for my P38; 265/70/16's.
Any of you guys got experience of them please?
Many thanks.
Mike.
Are you running this size already and are you on air suspension still? I think you might have rubbing issues.

Also what rims are you using?

As for the tyre. Depends entirely on your intended use. The tread is designed for North American with rocks and baked mud and sandy surfaces. Very different to UK terrain. Not saying they are bad tyres, but depends very much what you are expecting from them.

Which bit of no non-essential travel did you not understand?
Two of my tyres are devoid of tread on insides. A "friendly", off-duty policeman pointed this out to me yesterday. He said they were barely legal and that I should get them changed urgently. I am disabled and need my car as I have to do my own shopping, so was attracted to a brand new set of A/T KO2 for £240.

You do know there are mobile tyre fitters don't you? You could have done this search as I did and found someone in a few seconds.

You'll have your tyres and stay legal.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Yes. I have a reliable tyre fitter, but he's based about 20 miles in the opposite direction. If I hadn't spent so much time trying to get someone to pick up and transport them to me, they'd now be worn by my P38.

Sounds like you have a preferred person rather than being prepared, at this particular time, to go with someone you do not know.
I know Hull isn't far away as we lived in Hull until I was 8 and my dad worked in Beverley all that time. There must be loads of tyre places in Hull. Ought to ask my bro, he still lives there!
Beverley, lovely place to live. Great uncle's name on the roll of honour in the Minster, KIA 1918 East Yorkshire Regiment.

I have two mobile guys. One's recently sold up shop and is working offshore. Tyres were £240 for a set of four brand new BFG A/T KO2's and HAD to be picked up this morning. Tried a few local transport companies too, but none could pick up with such short notice.
Two almost bald tyres are 255/55/19's and I exhausted ALL local used tyre places without success. Hence intention to revert to original 16" rims I got with the car.

Having paid about £135 for just one brand new BFG A/T recently, £240 for 4 is an insane price. It was for a 16" wheel on a Disco 2 standard for the vehicle. There is no doubt that tyres for Landies are a heck of an expense. Are you going to have to bite the bullet and just get a pair of new ones? Or is the spare any use? The way things are at the moment getting decent second-hand tyres is never going to be easy. And how much tread would they have on them?
Feel for you mate.:(
