Classic 1988 bracken trim

Hi,

Could anyone please confirm whether the below is "bracken" trim used only for 2 years from late 1986? The centre part in mine (2nd pic) seems darker than the brochure (1st pic, taken from the awesome range-rover-classic.com) though of course age and screen settings all play their part. I suppose stock of this material is unobtanium?

Looks like Bracken to me...

The Sun can alter the colour over 30years

Might be worth having a word with these to see what they've got, although that doesn't look much like beige to me!

Looks darker to me, maybe look at a bit thats not been exposed to daylight under trim somewhere?

Well scrub what I said above, I looked at the web site you linked and bracken is the only brown that was available 86-88 so it has to be

I reckon Bracken (as per publication no. RR419) with fading from the sun.
