P38 low rider

Hi, I’m a newby, I have a 1999 p38 diesel which yesterday decided not to pump up the air suspension.
It is stuck at access level. I have checked all fuses and have replaced the relay. The compressor is running but the suspension will not rise. Any advice gratefully received
