Battery replacement reset

Hi guys
The battery on evoque Hse 2018 keep going low, I purchased a treacle charger by I never get a 100% charge even leaving it on charge for around 5 days .
I thought of disconnecting the battery and completely charging it.
How would I reset it? Would I have any problems after disconnecting the main battery ?

Welcome to the forum

If it's 2018 then it should still be under warranty. Ask the main dealer to take a look. You will be ok to charge it by simply driving it. If it can't hold its charge then the battery is failing or you have a leak where something is staying powered and draining the battery. Yer alternator should be ok if yer have the same problem when charging with yer own charger.

Thats your problem you need a Golden Syrup charger...welcome...any more questions ask in correct section...
