Hi, looking for some advice.

I've had car for 13 years or so. Was re-built with 200TDI engine 10 years ago. 3 years ago it was put in the garage and has been there ever since.

The Intercooler and Radiator were shot so I pulled them out.

Intention was to get Allisport replacements. Probably £1k or so.

Question is, do you think it is worth the expense on a 200 TDI that gets rarely used and if not can you recommend a company that produces a decent, not budget replacement?

Thanks in advance

Do not think it is worth it for little use. I get most parts from LR land rover parts or JGS land rover and they are good for reasonable price.
Plenty of new 200tdi intercooler's on the fleabay at this time, just fitted a £99 pound one to my 200tdi every day use truck and it looks/work fine.

If you can get an original copper core radiator and have it re-cored. Will let a lot longer and be a lot cheaper in the long run than modern aluminium and plastic tat

Hi,
I recently replaced the rad and inter cooler in my 90 after doing cambelt etc, Bought mine from fleebay from company called alloywork _eu.
Had to modify a little as bought oversize ones so rad surround had to be fettled.
Been brilliant in summer and put rad cover on over winter to help with heater!
