Hello All,

Can you help with my latest problem please .

I removed the offside headlight today to change a bulb and whilst pulling the plug off one of the connectors pulled right out of the plug. After some investigation it seems that someone had joined into it to use it as a feed to a relay for some spotlights that were there previously.

Anyway Ive tried every which way to get the pin and waterproof boot back in but it just won’t have it, can anyone tell me how its done please .

Many thanks

Tom

Worth trying a tiny bit of vaselene or similar lube on the yellow rubber to help ease it in.
(No rude comments please gents :) )

I’ve been looking at tyco / hella superseal conectors that look very similar and there is a hard plastic locking cover on the front that comes off then the pin is pushed in from the rear and an the front cover goes back on to lock it in , I’m wondering if the same type of set up applies here also ?
