Help with tyres.

Hi folks. I'm feeling really frustrated with the poor choice of tyres available for my 2008 Freelander 2. I'm looking for something similar to Yokahoma Geolalnder. However this is not available in 215/75R16 standard size. I'm looking for suggestions please.

You won’t get trepadors on a FL, general grabbers may be available in a suitable size?

If you're having trouble finding AT tyres in your size, you could opt for a 205/80R16. When I was looking at Freelanders, one thing i wanted to do was fit all terrain tyres (if not mud terrain), and found some people went for this size. More of a selection of tyre patterns available to you, and will fit without the need for any modifications.

The new Hankook RF11 is available in 205/80R16, and is a very good tyre.

Welcome to the forum

Ask in the freelander section. If the tread pattern is too rough then you will feel each tread block. The suspension wont take out the vibration.
