300 TDI stop solenoid

I cant seem to find the wiring diagram (in Rave) showing how the stop solenoid is wired, does anyone have a diagram they're willing to share ?
I have an intermittent issue I'm trying to diagnose

Page 13 of 32 has the stop solenoid in bottom right hand corner.

if you have an engine immob ecu.

this may help car manufactures tend to carry stock parts from previous year model on to new models in the form of extra spec or standard till stock is used up so may be 1994

Engine dies occasionally, unplug stop sol plug back in and it works, new stop solenoid no better, I'm now testing the continuity between ign s/w and connection as I do know you can get wire breakages

Just put a 12v feed straight to stop solenoid and this will tell you if the fault lies there. You will need to disconnect to stop engine.

We did similar to get home 1 night. Wired up solenoid to the headlights. Headlights off - engine off. Wiring fault somewhere most likely the immobiliser on a 97 300tdi..

My 1996 300Tdi Defender has an immobiliser fitted as standard.
