Great, changed the leaking seals!
Now I have to slam the front doors so much I broke the weld I did on the door inner frame just infront off the push button mount!

New seals won't stop the doors leaking. LR in all their wisdom designed the ****test doors for water ingress. There are some good videos on britannia restorations you tube channel. Unless you have new defender. Putting the bottom seal on the door instead of the sill makes a difference.

I'm having similar issue after replacing my front doors and adding the later type bottom seals. I have shimed the front hinges with a second plastic thingy. Better but two might have cured it. I think I will trim the new bottom seals where they go a few inches up the sides of the doors.

Leave the seals as they are for a few weeks, there is a good chance they will deform enough while the door is shut.
I had exactly the same issue with mine after fitting new britpart seals, but after 2 months the door is now shutting nicely.
