just a bit of an update to my quandry the disco asksepts the eka code but still cut out 2 seconds after starting and also forgot to mention the rf receiver as been replaced with a knew one as the dreaded water got into it
would i be wright in thinking it is something do do with the signal not getting to the ecu from bcu is there any way of checking this thanks col.

Best bet, if you don't have a Nanocom yourself, would be to see if there's anyone local to you with a nanocom to come and check for any error codes. Could be one of a number of things, but get it checked first, it'll probably save you spending any more money unnecessarily.

Welcome to the forum by the way.

have a look on the LZ International Rescue. The map shows people's rough location, and a list of what equipment they have. Most the volunteers on there, if they can help, will usually come and help for the cost of their fuel or a few beer tokens.
