Not broken but it don't like to start in the mornings, fuel non return valve changed, fuel filter changed, fuel pump changed, injector loom renewed, accelerator peddle changed. don't know what else to do.

Injector washers and seals maybe? Not easy to work out the problem from your description but that would fit with the rest of the stuff you've played with.

You should describe exactly how is that happening if you want proper help
When my Disco is left over night it starts very lumpy on first start of the day, after that it starts OK, I've now given ten pumps on the accelerator and that makes it start first time but very lumpy. If I try to start with out the pumps it takes two attempts to start. When it starts its very lumpy at low rev's then there is a clunk and the rev's pick up and its fine. has any one else had this problem?

This is interesting. Could this be something to do with the timing chain? I vaguely wonder if the tensioner might be short of oil on start up then run OK when it gets oil? Does this make snse to anyone?
