EAS Delay Timer Relay

Does anyone know if i remove the delay timer relay will this cause my eas to go into fault mode?
The reason i ask is i`m having problems after having a reset where there is no power clicking the relay over and would like the car to stay up when inflated as oposed to lowering everytime a door is opened and closed.

Well i still havnt had any luck so i got the car up and removed the delay timer relay and it beeps SLOW 35MPH MAX but luckily its fine when i put it back in, for now anyway.

my p38 weant to lowest mode with all the 4 lights always on and the center message displays " slow 55kmh "

Holy thread resurrection
and not a good idea to put a normal relay in place of the EAS relay.

I swap it to a normal relay when I park up for long ish periods, my drive is at a bit of a funny angle

Pointless, just pulling the relay stops the EAS self levelling. Mine stays up when left for 3 weeks at any angle unless it's very windy.

Yes it does however if I decide to use it to quickly nip to the shops I would get max 35mph on dash, this way I dont.
Your drive is obviously not the same as mine then

That is because you either have a leak from the tank and NRV2 is failing or the compressor is weak or diaphragm valve is leaking. You need to do some checks. Look in tech archive for info.

You do sometimes get that impression with some people. It's amazing how so many people with a problem asking how to fix it, know more about it than the people giving the possible cause answers.
