Hey , new to page , just tryIng to figure the site out seem alot of useful threads , looking to see if the site can help me out or even direct me to a link that may help .

I have an 02 L322 Rangerover HSE with an air suspension fault , I’m in the process of diagnosing the fault,

So far I have found 2 damagedheight sensors so I have replaced but still the suspension at the rearstays raised and the front touching the ground .
I can hear compressor working
I have removed The two wheel well trims and sprayed with soapy water on the valves no leaks found . When removing the nuts with the pipesinto the valves I can the hear it depressurising but the front it seems no air is reaching the valve as I cracked and heard no air ... anyideas ??

Next step would be to start working backwards, if no air at the end go back to the source.
The control/air block may have issues.;) we need a L322 guru in here!!

If you have replaced sensors, the EAS HAS to be re-calibrated. You are going nowhere without diagnostics.
The rear always raises first, if the sensor readings are not sensible that will be as far as the system goes.

Hi guys , thanks for the feed back , I have a snap on solis pro and I have tried calibrating , the rear raises and the front moves sometimes , but not always , I have used soapy water on the whole system and found no leaks . The front just doesn’t want to move so I am looking at the front valve block next ... could this possibly be blocked ?

Also on ride heights rears are sitting around the 40s and the fronts are at -100 ???? Again front doesn’t seem to want to move ... valve blocked ?

I have the older model, but the system is similar in concept. I can tell you that the dryer granules break down with age and white dust gradually works its way into the valve block leading to sticking valves and so on. I am lucky in that RSW Solutions publish some freeware to enable fault reading and clearing for the P38, I don't know if he or someone else do the same for the L322 but you really need to see what the recurring faults are after you have cleared.

RSW do ALLCOMMS for some models of the L322.

Have you tried lowering the rears a little to see if it responds?
I have tried it lowers some times ? I have deflated rears using valve block pipes , this has lowered car for the moment . I then turned engine on and pressed to raise susp, rear will go up and fronts don’t move ! I’m suspecting the valve block as I released the inlet pipes and got air from them but outlets to the front bags had nothing in the lines ? I have ordered new front valve . I will up date the thread if this fixes it

Yes there is air going to the front valve but there seems to be nothing going to front bags , diag equipment has the pressure in the tank at a level and pressure within parameters , and all sensors getting the correct voltage , changed two damaged level sensors and carried out calibration and there are no visual leaks on system ? Yet the front is not raising ? I will change front valve also I have purchased a compressor repair kit from bagpipingandy.com so I will fit also and go from there , again guys thanks for all the help
