Disco 4 (LR4) Auto close mirrors

For some reason a few months ago I manually pushed my mirrors in and ever since then they won't close or open by key fob.
I've searched over the Internet but can't find it anywhere.
Please help me as its really annoying

Might be out of sync, ie fold them the opposite way to what they are in now and try the fob again.
