Maybe needs recallibrating.

Did you put the height sensors back properly or plug them back in

i don't know a local garage did it for me Ive looked, and they seem to be connected

i checked under the car before and noticed one of the height sensors was facing inwards so i pulled it off and placed it outwards thinking that would fix the problem but it hasn't.

Does anyone know which way the front height sensors are meant to be facing inward or outward?

Could a faulty sensor cause the suspension to go inactive?

If the garage let the suspention hang it can throw up a fault as it takes the sensors on to a dirty part of the track, it often clears with use.

A faulty sensor would certainly cause the suspension to go inactive.

What have the garage that replaced them said about the matter?

Taking it back on Monday hopefully they will fix it.

could be this hopefully it will clear when i drive it over the weekend.

could be a faulty sensor i dont know hopefully ill find out on Monday thanks for the replies

So it sounds like they let the wheel hang to low which let the sensor go over center and up the wrong way when the wheel came back up.
