When you replaced the pump did you connect both wiring plugs the large one from the side of the pump and the small one from the bottom of the pump ?
The land rover dealer there should have the tools or even the people who serviced the pump should have them

Yes both the wiring is connected including the selinoid

Without knowing exactly what has been done it is hard to call. I cannot see it running at all if the quantity servo pin is not located in the sleeve. It is possible they have removed the electrical connection point on side of pump to seal it and broken a connection.

Have you read RAVE?
You must have at least some of the tools otherwise how could you have changed the FIP over?
