landy breakers in the south west

i know there is a load of you in trhe south west and there is a young lady on here after a second hand gearbox fer her disco, so come on fella's help the damsel in distress out and tell her where there is a landy breakers in the south west. she is based in weston super mare so im sure some of you lot will be able to help

noddy in wick bristol he'll have one and does a good price on fitting too. i'll find his number if its required...

whats the deal with breakers? do you have to request parts? or can you just go for a rumage around? and would these parts be cheaper than elsewhere? im in bristol and dont know any local land rover places yet, so this thread is quite interesting.

nah, you just turn up and ask for an obscure bit which you are sure they wont have removed from the car, then they let you go look and you have a rummage and fill yer coat pockets

not if you value yer kneecaps - round here anyway.
