L322 What's the first thing you did with a gap iiid

So guys got a 2008 TDv8 and finally got a gap iid to hopefully sort a few things out. But wanted to know what you guys have done with yours or what you would recommend turning off or on.
I have a warning being thrown up as I've changes the fog lights to drls
And I've changed the interior lights to leds that are flickering, I know it's to do with a bulb check but wanted to know if I could be turned off

Any ideas of help woukd be good

Put the correct bulbs back and clear the faults.

cleared all the fault codes. and keep rechecking to see what has come back on. none yet

I put DRL on as well. then turned them off

Yeah might have to, shame though as imo the white lights looks so much better

Turned them off, why, as they threw a code?

nope, no fault codes at all. I turned them off because I don't want them on all the time.
