300tdi Throttle spindle leaking Grrr

Been trying to get my engine going after no use for a year and have noticed the throttle spindle is leaking now but wasn't before removal.
In the past i knew a guy who would come and do it in situ but lost touch with him when i moved 6 years ago.
does anyone know of anybody able to fix this in the Leigh, Wigan, Bolton area ?
Or know of a kit to replace myself ???

Was me , amongst others.

I bought a kit from my local doozil pump specialist. About £15 for it. It can be done in situ but it can be a faff and cleanliness is paramount. I would probably take it off in the future to make life easier TBH.

Many thanks @neilly having a read at the links seems to be quite straight forward, but i just know my sausage fingers will get me into trouble if i'm not careful.
As i mentioned i knew a guy called Paul Denny who would come and do it in situ for a reasonable sum of £100 if anyone knows him or has his number, please let me know
before cock up, pluck up courage to do it myself...

I have also done this myself using the write ups linked above. Similar to @neilly I went to my local diesel pump specialist to order the arts, which they had in stock on the shelf. It is a fairly straight forward job to do.
