It will depend on what car it is, ie F1 or F2 and what year.

If its a F1 up to 2004 then there are 2 bolts coming off the top of the units and a nut underneath. The nut underneath is hidden by the bumper. There are those on here that say you can push the bumper down to get access, but Its not easy, I wouldn't want to do it lie that and I recon there's a chance of damaging the bumper. So, my recommendation is to remove the bumper. Removing the bumper is "just" a case of undoing screws joining the bumper to the plastic panels around the wheel arches etc, the screws you can see around the grill area (some coming up from underneath) and a bolt on each side at the top of the bumper fixing it to the wing which you need to pull the wheel arch liner back to get access to and can't actually see when you undo it. If you have removed the bumper previously, it'll be a very easy quick job because you'll know what you're doing and the screws will come out easy. If its not been off before, chances are, in the UK, that all the little screws joining the bumper to the plastic liners will need drilling out and you'll need to build up your supply of naughty words to do that and to find and undo the bolts that join it to the wing.

If it is a F2 it is really easy, 2 bolts accessed from the top then at the back of the headlight there is a black plastic rod that you unclip to enable the headlights to be drawn forwards and out.

The facelift is the same. The bumper needs to be removed, before you can access the lower headlamp mounting bolts.

Great Help!
I've looking for info on getting the bloomin things of and fixed as one is rattling forward and back on the front.
Will update as to what is causing it (If it isn't my fault to begin with)
