Seems that my ABS ECU is getting wrong as no 3 bongs at all now (even in case of 3 amigos which shows up very rarely but gave signal about a few months ago) and also it seems to be the old version based on as it handles the diff lock. So I plan to change it to a newer version which if my understanding is correct is the SRD000150.
is it the one which can handle diff lock without any "wire cut"? Is the ECU change only a plug and play or something has to be reprogrammed?
Thanks

SRD000150 is the first version of facelift SLABS ECU and it will handle the diff-lock without bringing up the ABS/TC also it should give you the system self test bongs but the best is SRD500070 which has an upgraded software as to work better with the locked diff. You have to go with nanocom through it's settings to make sure that it's set for the kind of suspension you have(coils or air) or to not have disabled warnings.... btw is the IP's sounder working for other audible warnings?

Thanks for the answer Fery! What do you mean on IP's sounder?

maybe not related, but checked 2 things. When I lift car to off road height only one chime and NO light on dashboard, but works. The other think is what gave signal is the front light warning.

Then the sounder is OK. If the ORM warning light is not disabled(you can check with nanocom in BCU - Instrument pack) then the ECU is very suspect

I could not find any page where it shows if it is disabled, only where i could test if it works, but anyway i will order a new one and replace just in case.

Sorry, i forgot that the ORM warning is not there only the others... i'm quite sure that a replacement SLABS ECU will cure things

Fery, will i need to manually enter SLS settings (ride height) as well? In such case i would better to register all numbers before i remove old unit.

You can save all the settings and load them into the new ECU... though if the ECU is fubar the data might be corrupted so you may need to recalibrate the SLS again

I have just changed the SLABS ECU to a used 000150 one and it works great. The only thing i had to do is to recalibrate my ride height. Thanks for the help Fery!
