Venture Cam question.

Hello, can anyone give me any clues why my Venture Cam has stopped working, also when I put it back in its docking station bit, it doesn't say docked and charging etc. It was working a few weeks ago, I did watch a clip on you tube about it and followed their instructions but still nothing...……..can anybody shed any light on this problem please?

Docking station has lost power maybe?

Yeah that was my thought too, but coz it was working a few weeks ago I thought that wouldn't be the case!!

No power to charge point. Bad connection to charge point or batteries knackered.

Venture what?

Well it comes on, like it did before when it did work, but for some reason not saying its docked etc or charging!!!

Bent pins?

No the pins are straight.

Mine did the same but started working again on it's own after a few weeks

I watched that video last night on You Tube and copied it but to no avail!!!!! lol thanks for putting it on here though. Hopefully mine will just start working again too...…………...its just so annoying when it doesn't work, mind u my sat nav doesn't work either, another thing im trying to fix...…….but I will get there somehow!!!

The reception has gone a bit rubbish on mine but the only time I used it for anything useful was when I stuck in on my wheely bit to check the lights for the mot. Think the reception may have something to do with the tint on the windows cos the AM on the radio don't work and I read that you need special film.

Sat nav is years out of date anyway so easier to just buy a new one.

yeah that's right I think, sometimes u need an additional aerial if u have got tint on windows. Yeah me and my missus was talking about a new sat nav, but like my venture cam, the sat nav comes on and goes off, it wont let u put a destination in !!!!
