The belt had already been cut off as read that your supposed to loosen them with it on.
Anyway got 2 off quite easily but gone and rounded the nuts on this one, any advice before he comes as bit Embarrassed now , also before I brake anymore Knuckles .

Aint got a welder, will try the Ratchet strap and small socket, im sure ive got some of them sockets that you hammer on to get a grip, but can bet I haven't got the right size one.
If I damage the pulley another Mate should have a spare one.

Handy having plenty of mates!
Hammering on a smaller socket might just shock it free.

Cut/grind the head off and then pull pully off, you can then get molegrips on the bolt stud and remove it. Watch video from about 6 minutes in.

were you using a 12 pt socket or a 6 point socket

Hammered a 9mm socket on each bolt and cracked them free. Thanks Everyone.
Now for my next Dilemma  Mate still has not come yet so thought Id go on a bit further.
Took the front cover off and lined things up as described in loads of Excellent How Too posts on Changing timing belt.
Everything went well until I got seals out of box to fit I got this Kit https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/372326815580 now Out of the 2 seals in kit only one would fit in to the Cover case, thought the other would fit in to the Crankshaft but its too big, so don't know whats gone on there, will have to get the proper seal tomorrow which I think is ERR4575. The seal I took out from Crankshaft did not have part number on.
First pic is seal that does not fit.

Is one seal not the crank seal and the other for the outer casing to fit the crank pulley, behind the slinger?
You could email MPS Trading and ask them which two seals they put in their kits. I've bought stuff from MPS before and he replies to emails quickly. He's called Simon.

Thanks Might send him an Email. From looking at different kits and part numbers I think, but probably be wrong is that they put both seals in. as from what Ive read there was a change from 1998 so one fits earlier model and one fits newer one.in Cover.
I got the correct seal for Crankshaft today from local Landy place.

BI-Hex is the 12 point for clarification ;)

Irwin Bolt extractors are the business, i've got rounded head bolts out with them! ;)
