Freelander 2 Alloys onto Freelander 1

Just wondering if theres anyone out there that could help me?
Is it possible to fit freelander 2 alloy wheels on a freelander 1?

They don't fit. Pitch circle, centre bore and offset all different.

Yeah, just to be clear -

FL1 is 5x114.3 ET35 / 64.1mm bore
FL2 is 5x108 ET40 / 63.4mm bore
