Probably better ask in the Range Rover forum.
Who did the swap?
What was wrong with the old engine?
Did they fit your original injectors?
If not, have the new injectors been coded to the ECU?
Sounds bad, some salvage yards will collect for free.

Take it back to whomever fitted the engine. Or rather - get them to come see it / answer for their lack of running issue
