Hi
I currently have a 2007 Range Rover Vogue and I am looking at replacing the dated original unit. I have been looking around the internet on how this can be done as I am aware that the system is digital and can be quite tricky to undertake.
I know that wiring looms have been developed to maintain the connections but these fit directly to the control unit behind the head unit in the dash.
My model has centre vents in the top of the dash which means the control unit isn't located there, I am guessing it is located in the boot with all other units.
What I am after is ideas on how I can connect in the dashboard or would I have to rerun wires to the rear.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Jason

Think there is aftermarket stuff around at silly money. Personally i would give your old one a polish and put it back.

I remember seeing an android unit that fits L322s on TheBay for a couple of hundred quid. There aren't too many other options.

Thank you for your replies, I guess if I want to replace the unit with an after market then
I will need to strip the entire system out and run new in. :(

It’s finding the IHU that behind the head unit which is puzzling me. The vents which are in the upper dashboard take the room so not sure where this was moved too.
