Peeps have bought vehicles and struggled to get them delivered. Once delivered they realise the work done int as good as promised. Some of the specification agreed is missing. The paperwork is not correct, missing or difficult to get hold of. Tick all that apply.

Its not just one person complaining. Several have stories of dealing with him with the same problems. A pattern of trouble one might say.

Then you join LZ on the day you had yer motor tuned by someone who doesn't advertise that service, despite keeping the image 4x4 website going, using a company name image 4x4 which is a dissolved company. In simple terms the company has ceased trading. It is therefore against the regulations/law to continue to trade under that name as the "entity" does not officially exist anymore. The company was struck off on 27.12.2016. That's just over 2.5 years ago. It is a criminal offence in itself to do this. It is not a mistake.

What is the balance of odds here? How many have had trouble with a purchase from him? How many are struggling to get what they paid for? How many are still waiting for delivery? A delivery which is delayed quite a bit then you find what you get is not what you ordered? Something is wrong here.

Are you still thinking the great unwashed of LZ are at fault ere or are you starting to realise there might, just might be something wrong?

This fred was started 10 months after image 4x4 was dissolved. It listed image 4x4 as the seller of a vehicle the OP was looking to buy.

I have been known to be partial to warming a chilled room.

Be good to hear from the guy who is in the process buying from them now ,i know he said was going through a nightmare once he handed money over to start the build ,he was getting no updates was big delays and was due to hand more money over reluctantly,
Poor guy must be pulling his hair out , be good to hear what his finished item is like ?.

Now Jaguar Land Rover has been rather keen on protecting their trade marks, Land Rover, Landy, Defender etc and have issued cease and desist notices and has taken various firms to court over infringement of trade marks. They have had a mixed bag of success.

I wonder if JLR are aware about possible infringement of trade marks?

Looking at the links below from google maps street view... yer can see the image 4x4 sign on their building. Google says the image capture was August 2018. One can only assume after they dissolved the company they left the sign up, door open and tratters inside, by mistake.

They keep the name even on there website and facebook even though its dissolved, so guessing not much legal going on there

It would be interesting to hear from their customers if they provide a receipt for the goods and/or services they supply. What company is listed on the receipt?
