Series 3 Help!!

Okay, I’m stumped!
Over the past couple of years I’ve been slowly working my way through a swb rebuild, yesterday I fitted the rear prop shaft and found that I can only roll the chassis a foot or so before it stops- in either direction, plus in this foot there’s a really lumpy bit, but I can push it past. I’ve checked gears and drives and all appears correct? Any thoughts please?

.Can you jack each corner in turn and spin the wheel ? Have you changed the diff's ?

I’ll check tonight regards spinning both wheels. Diffs are the originals. I’m thinking it’s something in the gearbox/transfer box. I’m guessing it’s still in gear/between gears.

Could be, try putting transfer in neutral.
