helo to you all.

I’m a former owner of a modded disco which fell to bits. Currently driving a Freelander mk2 hse.

I have a big question to ask those who do some stream crossings in their Landys.

Road to my land is across some fields (not mine!) and the gate is just over a stream. Tried in the disco with a 2inch lift and was just too steep.
Just wondering if anyone could advise on a temporary way I can cross until we have a culvert in later in the year.
It’s an awkward one as it’s on the bend of the stream and there’s an entrance to another field right next to it.
Any ideas would be welcome!

Cheers bud. I’ve added it as a file.
The route is down from the field in front.

Keep close to the gate but not too close. Travel across the stream on a diagonal. Or jump it ;)

Just why between the postings on this thread are there adverts for stair lifts.. Are they saying something?

I don't see any stair lift ads. I think what you see is related to your browsing history or internet footprint. Over 60 are you?

Aren’t you glad your no longer driving your freelander

To be totally honest I thought I would miss it, but haven’t looked back , bought my D3 knowing it would be a project vehicle as ones that had been totally sorted out were out of my price range

There’s no comparison with comfort, quietness , space and on road manners of the D3 and leagues ahead of my old freelander , that’s from a personal point of view from owning both of them

Alas the D3 has needed a lot of work which I knew as it was a project vehicle

D3 is the best I’ve owned so far by miles
