There's a good chance it's going to get a tad warm tomorrow. Into the 40's WOOO HOOOO. :D:D:D:D
Guess I'll be opening the windows and sunroof again then.. and shutting them to use the air con!! In fact it's nicer with the windows open listening to the oil burner.... Eating diesel like there's no tomorrow:eek::cool:

Took Buttercup to an air con specialist this morning to see about getting the system running.
Non, c'est pas possible. :mad::mad::mad::mad:
Hence my starting a thread about air con on classics.

Cutting out at junctions today, once that FIP gets hot:eek: :( Brimmed tank full no difference.

Time for a strip down/static retime now, it won’t last til winter like this. Will manage 40miles okay in cool night air but only 4 in today’s weather. It’s overdue, I’ve no excuse ... on with the disasters... shes been good for too long :rolleyes::oops:
Time to put what you have taught me to the test :D

Fixed the drivers side blend motor, although it sticks on hot if i let it go all the way, until i cycle the ignition.
Looked at the passenger side and cried. That's a job for another day! Might just disconnect the blower motor as it's stuck on hot

No lift pump? That won't help but I suspect it is only a matter of time until refurbed FIP required.

Mark it up before you move it so you know where you started although I am sure you have already thought vof that.
