Engine ran fine until I pressure washed it off ,now rough on idle and lacks power on acceleration .
What could I have dislodged .

Hello and welcome, it sounds as though the rough running is from the pressure washing as spark ignition engines don't like water.

I suggest you get a can of WD40 (Water Displacement formula 40) and individually unplug, spray and reattach the plug leads from the spark plugs and coil packs, also douse any electrical connectors with it also as it will help drive out moisture and should get your motor running smooth as silk again.
 
Wow really.....:rolleyes: probably just needs a good spray of WD in the right places, as per previous responses...

Eye would let it dry out. Take the top plastic cover oft the engine ter help. If yer got an air compressor or fan then that will speed up the process. If yer got air con then run it on tickover with the air con on, so the air con fan runs with the bonnet down, ter blow air round the engine bay.
