Hi ,I am new to this so please bear with me.
I have a 2011 Freelander 2 SD4 and it is leaking oil under the throttle assembly, any ideas? Also do these have a crankcase filter breather? Many Thanks.

Hi. The oil leaking from the throttle is most likely from the boost pipes. Oil is thrown from the turbo seals then the engine is running, which increases as the engine gets older. A small amount of dampness around the boost pipe connections is normal, and nothing to worry about. If it's actually dripping out, then there's a problem with the turbo, which needs rectifying ASAP.

No breather filter on the FL2.
