So close to finishing the huge list of jobs and get the car back on the road, and noticed some water dripping. On inspection, the radiator is leaking.

The car is a 1985 One Ten, but with a 300tdi from a 94 disco.

Do I get the BTP2275, which is upto TA
or do I get the PCC500170 which is from TA.

Whats the difference?

Ok I've sorted that questions.

So I'm getting a replacement one that will be Alu, so that means it's ok to use the red OAT coolant? My radiator failed, while the car was parked, I'm convinced it was not leaking like this before, its a big leak now from the radiator. Does that mean the OAT formula has eaten through the welding on my old Brass / Copper original radiator?

Or am I just being paranoid.

I’m not sure about the 300Tdi, but the 200tdi should be IAT, not OAT. I would make certain you can use OAT before putting any in.

Yeah - I've not found any consensus on this. Even from this site, some say it's fine. The only thing that seems to fit the info is Alu radiators. So I'm guessing it's ok with the replacement, but youre right I want to know for sure.
