the aircon fan, seized solid, rotten casing, knackered, can it be left as is? Removed? And car still function, no lights etc, or has anybody got a non seized one for sale?

When you say seized do you mean as in a seized bearing/s? or do your mean leaves and trash got in it and burnt up the motor?
The blower motor is easy to remove and work on.
Mine before...
Mine after spraying motor with brake cleaner then air dry, lubing both bearings and cleaning the fan...

motor frame is rotten, so will not spin as it is all mashed up inside, i havent taken it fully apart as easier to get a 2nd hand oneWhen you say seized do you mean as in a seized bearing/s? or do your mean leaves and trash got in it and burnt up the motor?

Do you mean the fan in front of the radiator? if so I think it should only kick in over 27 degrees. I took mine off and aircon still worked but you can get replacements for a price.
I think Fery knows the type to use
