Quite pleased with the end result....

Did my a frame bushes last night but went poly on ever6thing. The bushes come out with ease if your get a perfectly size drill bit (think it's 9mm) drill 5 or six holes through bush, clipiing the inner sleeve too putting slices though it, socket on one side of arm then in press or vice and it'll pop straight out. Then just hacksaw sleeve and chisel out. Doesn't take 10 mins and barely any mess. I'll never burn one out again! :)

I pressed in the new metalastic bushes without any problems. The axle no longer lines up so I will have to be creative in fitting the arms back in :)

Put 1 arm back on then chock that wheel. You may need to jack/drop the nose of the diff.
To put the other arm roll the unchocked wheel back.
I put the poly triangle bushes on the arms first.
Happy spannering
Thanks for your help, with the careful use of jacks and a pry bar, I got it back together.
All legal and roadworthy :) we went for a little jaunt. Big grins all around!
The wife wrapped up warm and came along too, result ;)
