On the L322 - the calibration process is different to the P38...

On the L322, when entering the calibration process, the vehicle raises to a datum height......you then measure the height of the vehicle as indicated on the calibration information (for the All Comms it is bottom of wheel rim to middle of wheel arch) and put this into the software. The ECU knows the datum position as this is hardwired into the ECU, it then works out what height the vehicle is at from the measurements you have provided....the ECU then extrapolates the various ride heights from this information - the rest is done automatically.

Ive done the calibration as previous suggestion and the car lifted up on all sides except FL which raised a little then I got message reservoir pressure static when filling

no I didn't,i got the message after stopping the calibration and checked for faults again.
ive ordered a compressor kit to check when fitted if this makes a difference.
I cant hear the compressor kicking in any more

started car and ran for 10 minutes this morning took the measurements on all 4 wheels from bottom of wheel rim to centre of wheel arch.
put those measurements into all coms ASU calibrations and pressed write. The suspension went up very high at the back
( about 10 inches from top of tyre to centre of wheel arch) and about 2inches at the front. light was on in centre dash, tried to lower it,
nothing happened. as soon as I moved car fault message on dash came on.and centre light went out
Am I measuring from the wrong place?

No, that is the correct place....!!

When you do the calibration, are you allowing the car to raise up to its datum height and then letting it settle for 2-3 minutes (as it will be doing small minor adjustments) and then once a few minutes have passed, doing the measurement and inputting the data?

It is essential that all doors, boot and bonnet are closed and you are not in the vehicle during the calibration.....

Ok, so take measurements from bottom of rim to centre of wheel arch.put measurements onto write in the ASU calibration on all coms software.
Don't sit in car when doing this and ECU should calibrate the correct heights from measurement entered.

done all that's listed above, but front left side stays lower than the other 3 sides.when youlift it up to max height they all move up in about 15 secs to correct level
but when lowered back to normal ride height the front left goes back to lower position.any suggestions please.

Hmmmm.....Have you tried measuring the height difference of the front/left compared to the others and applied this as an offset value and see what happens?

i.e.: Front/Left is 20mm lower than the rest after calibration......redo calibration and measure Front/Left (say it is 704mm) put into the calibration box 724mm and hit Calibrate and let it do its thing....then once you have shutdown the car unplugged diagnostics, then restarted the car and selected the necessary ride height, see if this additional 20mm offset you have programmed in has made the car level.

Hi There, ive tried that but it still remains lower than the other wheels.when I took it for a drive afterwards the air suspension fault light came on again
.the fault was can bus fault and articulation validity fault. all four wheels have had new height sensors fitted last week Today Saturday changed compressor ring and seals , also the
compressor relay. when setting up the ASU calibration write section only the drivers side responds to new heights NS front and rear dont move at all
completely at a loss what to check next. any clues please.
