Don't expect them till Next week so can phone up and change order if I have to.

In your last pic, the pipe seems to stick out a bit.
The bracket to the forward of your rear crossmember what goes there cos that looks similar to the rear hanger on my 90 position, So a standard bracket with rubber might go there, if that is it. Then it looks as if the pipe would exit just in the rear corner,(not sure where the 110 should exit) How’s the over axle pipe look?

I take it that you have not cut modified it yet?

No not cut anything yet, it is just mock fitted when cut the tail pipe in last pic will / should, move further inward and match up to the bracket you mentioned with hanger. Over axle touching at moment but once cut should be OK.

Anyone got any pics of where hangers are, I can see where one goes on my rear crossmember and Im sure one bolts to one of the bolts on transfer box,, when I get my pipe cut the hangers on exhaust will match these perfect, the middle is near where arms attach to chassis, but not sure where it bolts on.

If you start at the back and work forwards all the mounts should line up with the exception of the front pipe. The rear two sections of the system should be in the standard locations.
From there you need to shorten the front pipe to mate to the standard rear sections, you may also need to rotate the rear part of the front section before you weld it back on to achieve this.
From memory the front mount does hang off the transfer box.

Thanks. Going to get pipe marked for cutting, will have to remember to check to see if it needs rotating. got one of the Universal hangers from Halfords today just to se what they are like, and they seem like they will do the job, under 3 quid each , cant go wrong really.

Havnt had a go from the Back yet but Looking at this the mounts Will line up but still cant figure out Exactly where to cut, think the rotation should be OK where it is too.
Every thing was Loose first time so put couple of bolts in front pipe to hole it in place, Now when offered up and held in place by clamps, it is Very Close in places, as in pics. 6th pic it is actually just touching on one side of the gearbox mount other side about 3 mill clearance.
Will this remedy itself when hangers are fitted or are they to close. Really need to get someone who knows about it to come up and have a look for me. Got me stumped, First time doing anything like this Done everything by myself so far, but cant pack in now when Ive got this far.
Sorry for all the pics
