Just wanted to say Hi, Rob Here. Got myself first Landrover a couple of months back. Very much enjoying driving it. On here to try to gain some technical knowledge of various bits and bobs by reading and asking questions.

What Landy did you got?

It's a 2013 freelander 2 SD4 XS. Managed to find one with under 40K on the clock. Not impressed by the MPG though.. getting 29 around town with a very light foot!!!

Crikey, my petrol fl1 does better than that without a light foot. Welcome to the forum.

That mpg is about right. Eye get 22.5. bastid traffic lights.

Gone up to mid 35 same journey and back after getting full service yesterday. Christ my 530d M sport manages 46 on M way and 41 on same journeys.. Landy is a thirsty beast!!

Be glad you didn't get a rangerover then.

The most eye have got from an sd4 is 51mpg ont cruise ont flat motorway at 50mph fer 15 miles continuous. 38mpg normally ont motorway being careful at 65 ter 70mph.

Funny you should say that, just renewed the cubby box split vinyl cover with an old seat base.
