I'm not saying you shouldn't. But why?

37's are big, heavy and wide. So they will likely make it drive worse on the road, more unsprung mass with reduced ride quality.

The will blunt performance. Have you re-geared already? Would probably need to consider 4.10:1 diffs or shorter. What engine are you running? You may want more power for road use. 37's are common fitment on many US trucks, but they usually have 300bhp+ and a lot of torque. Defender engines are a far cry from this.

Turning circle will be pants and if you go off road they may rub. You may also need to look beefing up the drivetrain from the gearbox through to the axles.

Yes much to pay attention to. 35 "works fine today, and it is possible that 37" will be too large in relation to the engine and drive line.
I have not re-geared but the engine is modified from alivetuning (TD5 engine)

There are people running 37's, but mostly as show trucks or for extreme off road, if you plan to do more road miles, the Td5 might feel sluggish. Rear axle will most likely be fine, but the front is at risk of imploding. Ashcroft does some nice upgrades.

I had to fit Ashcroft cv’s and shafts with my 37/12.5/16 trepadors, as they smashed the standard cv on my 90 first outing

The Spectre 110s and 130s that Tweaked are building are on 37 treps.

I'm going building a TD5 130 soon and engine wi have all the tuning bits and remapped by TD5 inside but I'm thinking I'll stick with 35x12.5 on 17" rims even as much as I'd love to put it on 37s.

If you go for them though, I'd love to hear how you get on as I've 35s on my 110 at the moment too.

35s on a 110 do handle abit worse than 33s but my thinking is the 130 can pull off a bigger tyre better.
