Disco 2 Door handle to lock rod, where does it go?

Mine fell off the handle and disappeared.

cannot find it inside the door anywhere.

Any ideas where it goes?

Do you mean the metal rod tha goes from the door handle to the ock mech? is made of monkey metal and snaps. You can see what I mean in the handle picture above as it has a cruciform head to it.

Pick the door up turn it over and shake it, if you have eaten your three shredded wheat!

Seriously, try a thin rod or piece of doweling with a good magnet attached and shove it to the bottom of the door. Or it might have caught on another part of the various mechanisms inside, or be sticking to the back of the speaker which has a magnet in, obviously.

Took 45 minutes, used a strong bit of plastic rod to poke it out from some hidden place.

Now a lot of duck tape covering all escape routes
