Since finishing the rebuild, I put the wipers on in the sticky out position before switching them on. Just as well because instead of going up the screen from rest, they would have gone across the bonnet . I have to position the blades in the 12o'clock position for the to wipe the scree and this is where they stop. All I removed in the build was the arms and the nuts off the front of the spindles which I pushed back in the bulkhead prior to spraying . Any thoughts?

Possibly the park switch has coincidentally packed in?
