What is the best way to bleed a new ACE system? I've got a Nanocom if that will help, I've had the complete system removed and converted to high pressure hoses.

Many thanks

Stuart

The most important thing is to prime the pump before anything else, dont fit the outlet banjo untill you dont get good flow there while you keep turning the pulley by hand...or unplug the injector loom and ask somebody to crank it untill it flows then fit the outlet pipe... then start the engine and if you have serious fluid activity in the tank run a bleeding on it with nanocom but if that fails as nanocom is not the best with ACE drive it with lots of cornering and bumps and it will bleed itself

When it says remove the bolt I don't know if I'm right but I'm thinking it the bolt in the end of the antiroll bar, I've drawn arrows on the picture , is this what I should do ?

I told you the easy way while i knew nanocom guides by heart...if you want to overcomplicate things do it as in that guide especially that nanocom is completely unreliable with ACE and can fail to complete the bleed sequence no matter what you disconnect or not

easiest way is as follows,

If pump flowing, fill up, two car ramps use diagonally on one set on off then other on off, that will shift a lot of air from the rams.

Then do a few corners and it will bleed through.

I did prefill before installation my new ram
